I edited the separate layers and then merged them, and then messed around with filters and colors and whatnot, not very complicated at all. Still funny, though. DINO RAWR!

oh photoshop, so entertaining. Horrah for half tone patterns, layer transparencies, cut out filters, and posterization. Rob loves driving around in the Integra, we put on good music and cruize around central mass killing time on nice afternoons. that's the way to do it. Prolly gonna be the case all summer, lolz.
My throat is feeling better, but not at it's best.
1) make original image high contrast and then desaturate
2) duplicate layer
3) cut out filter on original layer
4) photo copy filter on top {copied} layer
5) select the blank/white areas {a little tedious, but quick} of the photocopied layer
6) select - inverse still on photocopied later
7) gradient across the image
8) adjust opacity of the top layer to reveal the original layer underneath

sick in bed = photoshopping
awh how cute.
it was originally a much wider picture and i wasn't as close to Dylan, but i moved myself over
i cut out the outside of Dylan's house that was the background and put the sunset there
then i adjusted the brightness, color, and saturation to make it more fluid
then i added a filter to tie the layers together better.
sore throat still, boo.
There's a first time for Everything!
